Specimen 00-A · recovered · Spicewood, TX

Reverse-engineered
from a dead alien.

Precision automotive parts and machined hardware. We take the part that gave up — the OEM piece, the donor, the broken one — pull it onto the table, measure every face, and put it back into production better than it left the factory.

Recovery classes

Three lines off the same floor.

From specimen to spec

Five operations, every part.

A real sequence — nothing ships until it clears the last one.

  1. 01

    Recover

The failed OEM part, a customer's broken piece, or a gap no catalog fills. It comes to the table.

  2. 02

    Measure

Scanned and modeled to spec. Datums and tolerances called out where the load actually lives.

  3. 03

    Make

CNC from 6061 or brass, or FDM in PCTG+ on the Bambu Lab floor — whichever the duty cycle demands.

  4. 04

    Finish

Hydrodipped or anodized through our field partners so the surface outlasts the function.

  5. 05

    Ship

Inspected, boxed, and sent from Spicewood. QC stamp or it doesn't leave.

Finishing beyond our floor.

FINISH

HydroDip

Surface patterns and protective coatings on parts that need to look as deliberate as they perform.
