Built to outlast
the donor.

We take the factory part that failed — the cracked bracket, the tired tensioner, the piece no catalog stocks anymore — measure every face, and put it back into production in better material, to a tighter spec.

Product lines

Three lines off one floor.

From broken to better

Five operations, every part.

A real sequence — nothing ships until it clears the last one.

  1. OP 01

    Take in

The failed OEM part, a customer's broken piece, or a gap no catalog fills. It comes to the bench.

  2. OP 02

    Measure

Scanned and modeled to spec. Datums and tolerances called out where the load actually lives.

  3. OP 03

    Make

CNC from 6061 or brass, or FDM in PCTG+ on the Bambu Lab floor — whichever the duty cycle demands.

  4. OP 04

    Finish

Hydrodipped or anodized through our finishing partners so the surface outlasts the function.

  5. OP 05

    Ship

Inspected, boxed, and sent from Spicewood. Every part gets the stamp before it leaves.

Partners

Finishing beyond our floor.

FINISH

HydroDip

Surface patterns and protective coatings on parts that need to look as deliberate as they perform.
